In-House Abrasive Blasting

Our huge blasting room is where the magic happens, we deliver sandblasting projects of various sizes using the optimum method of blasting for the industry, be it domestic, commercial and industrial.

Our methods of sandblasting remove a multitude of sins; paint, resin, corrosion, mill-scale, epoxy and metal oxides. Doing so allows for a durable bond to the surface in the future. We blast clean to Australian Standard AS 1627.4 – and crosscheck our blast profile, surface temp & humidity; so we can stand by our work.

We uses premium-grade GMA Garnet, Steel Shot & Glass Bead abrasives to realise optimum blast results for our clientele. GMA GarnetTM abrasives feature natural Almandite garnet grains that meet all OHS and profile requirements and are revered for their durability and abrasive qualities.

Surface Preparation

The foundation of protective coating or painting project is surface preparation, every time. Sandblasting prior to coating promises a coarsened, etched profile which allows the coating to bond ensuring durability & adhesiveness of your finish.

Our large facility enables surface preparation as well protective coatings application in the same space – and the knock on benefit to the turn-around time and cost is considerable.

Protective Coating

Our huge In-House booth, is home to our coating equipment where we use our state-of-the-art tech and various application methods using airless spray units, conventional sprayers, rollers & brushes, allowing the flexibility to cover many uses.
